Cascahuin Tahona Blanco Review

You asked us to review it and we are! Cascahuin Tahona Blanco.

Cascahuin from NOM 1123 made by Chava Rosales. This is now up to about $93. Something like that. Price has gone up. 42% or so ABV. Additive-free, of course. Additive-free.

Let's give this a shot. All right. This is one of those ones, right? It's just agave. It's just straight cooked agave, which I... It's your favorite. Soft spot. Maybe less so for you, but...

Okay. It's a little bit peppery for me. I imagine it's right up your alley. Yep. Yeah. Yeah. Not my personal favorite. I can see you not loving it because it's very minerally. And then has a lot of residual pepper and just, it's agave, pepper, minerals, soil, rocks, gravel, things like that, which is all of my love language.

This is my four agreements. So for me, this is a 9 all day long. Oh my gosh. Okay. Well, I'm going to give it a 6. Not my favorite. What I love about this is it really underscores the fact that there is no right answer or wrong answer when it comes to tequila.

It's like what is your preference? We like different things, and that's okay. You might like different things as well.
