Coconut Spritz Tequila Cocktail

Are you nuts? Coconut chunks in your tequila?

It's the coconut spritz.

The coconut spritz. First, we're going to add some chunks of coconut to this ice. We're going to put in a little bit of coconut water.

 



Then we're going to add about an ounce and a half or so of this Inspiro Blanco, one of our favorite Blancos. Very soft, very delicious. And then...

Top with some Topo Chico.

Topo Chico.

Alright.

Then we should put a little more tequila in there just for vibes.

It was a light pour.

Yep, alright, let's try it. Give it a stir. Ready?

Yep.

There we go, get in there.

Alright.

Ooh! It's really light.

You don't get the coconut till the end. You notice that? It needs to stir a little bit, but it's like kind of a regular, like, tequila soda. And then it's like, ooh, like a coconut ranch water.

It's a ranch water with coconut instead of lime. It's really good. I like it.

Easy to make too.

I mean, you could... The coconut chunks are cool just visually, but I think you could just go [00:01:00] without the chunks and just go coconut water and place a lime and just go more of a tropical ranch water.

And the flavor's not overwhelming either of coconut, I don't think. So if you're not like a huge coconut fan, still give it a try.

And I am a huge coconut fan, so I'm not going to do a little bit more of this right here.
